Parush Arora is a passionate educator and visionary leader with over 15 years of experience in school development and student guidance. As Chairman of Padmawati Sr. Sec. School, he played a key role in securing CBSE affiliation and growing the student body from 150 to over 1000 through academic excellence and community engagement.

In 2020, he founded Happy Trails School, focusing on holistic early childhood education through an activity-based, value-driven approach. A certified Career Counsellor from Univariety & UCLA, he has personally guided over 500 students toward informed academic and career decisions.
